Duty Engineer - Building Services

Key Responsibilities :
Act as the point of contact with Terminal Control Centre (TCC), Facilities Management Control Room, I.T. Control Room and Service Desk during any significant Building Services equipment breakdown.
Regularly update and promptly report to the Manager On-Duty (TCC) on all equipment faults which affect the operations and fulfilment of Service Level Agreement (SLA) due to Building Services equipment breakdown.
Promptly report to the Duty Manager (TCC) and escalate to Building Services Manager (BSM) on all significant irregularities and emergency or critical Building Services equipment breakdown in the Cargo Terminal.
Respond to ad-hoc activities and tackle the technical problems thereafter.
Attend emergency calls and typhoon standby service as and when required.
Coordinate with internal and external parties for emergency breakdown maintenance and management.
Report, study, and analyse all related faults.
Lead and work with all sub-contractors and Engineering staff in repair and resume the equipment and facilities to normal operation.
Shift duty is required (Ranged from 07 : 00 - 00 : 00)
Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Services Engineering.
A minimum of 12 years experience in building services engineering management, preferably in a cargo terminal / warehouse environment.
A good working knowledge of CLP and IEE rules, FSD, EMSD, labour department, environmental, health and safety and all related statutory requirements.
Knowledge in using AutoCAD
Good interpersonal skills and good written and communication skills in both Chinese / Cantonese and English.
Independent and detail-oriented.
