We are currently looking for a Manager, F&B Project Management (Western Cuisine & Beverage) in Food & Beverage to join our team.

This role supports all of our local (Hong Kong) and overseas F&B team on retail project initiatives (Festives & Non- Festive & In-room Pantry).

As the Manager, F&B Project Management (Western Cuisine & Beverage), we will rely on you to :

  • Drive the initiatives in developing the brief, scope and business case, involving relevant stakeholders and easing technical feasibility
  • Create, analyse and develop the content of the retail initiateives in all collaboration with resepective project leads and stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress of key milestones and timeline for each assigned inititative (e.
  • g. Festive / Non-Festive products, In-Room Pantry)

  • Work closely with F&B Marketing Team to establish effective strategies
  • We are looking for someone who has / is :

  • Has degree in Hospitality or Business Development discipline
  • Has minimum 5 years' relevant retail or hospitality experience
  • Solid organizational skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Communicate and write with fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple concurrent initiatives
