Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
At least 2 years working experience with Voice / Contact Centre background (Server background will also be considered).
Solid experience on Genesys, Oracle Client and Nuance is preferred.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical, consulting, troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
Good team player, proactive, self-motivated and open-minded.
Proficiency in spoken and written in both Cantonese and English.
