About the :

The role of Account Director is an important role within the Account Management team. The AM team is a blended function of client services and strategic planning and is therefore responsible for managing the client relationship, while also providing strategic leadership in business, brand, and communications planning.

The AM team is the first point of contact for all project briefs and is responsible for leading internal agency teams Data Research, Operations, and Technology -

from strategy to execution. The primary objective of the Account Director is to advise clients on solutions, and deliver high quality projects on behalf of the agency.

  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Be a valuable business partner to our Clients.
  • Gain a deep understanding of their objectives and provide smart recommendations.
  • Develop multi-disciplined agency briefs that inspire creative solutions when dealing with data or tech projects
  • Support AM team in ongoing research and insights of the market landscape.
  • Lead conversations with clients on lead generation, dashboard analytics, and workflow management
  • Lead client presentations with well-crafted materials, passionate storytelling, and strong rationales that sell the ideas.
  • Oversee and manage junior team members to work independently as a team. Grow the team skill-set by providing daily coaching and formal training.
  • Analyze and communicate the results of our work, putting together the qualitative and quantitative data into a concise story.
  • Work together with the Operations and Technology team to identify the right resources for projects, inside and outside of the agency.
  • Work closely and integrate other MRM teams and act as key POC with one client.
  • Manage budget, costs, and timing of projects from briefing to conclusion.
  • Work closely with management on forecasting, business planning, and business development
  • Skill Set Required :

  • Well-organized with deadlines, emails, and relevant documentation
  • Problem-solving skills in tackling new challenges proactively
  • Highly motivated by business performance and creative innovation
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, multi-cultural working environments
  • Capable to speak fluent in written and spoken English, preferably speak at least either Cantonese or Mandarin
  • Must be able to work in Hong Kong (work visas will be considered case by case)
