Key Purpose of the Job :
Your role is to lead the Multi Horizon Planning process for TNF , Kipling, Eastpak, Eagle Creek and JanSport (Global Packs), creating the planning strategy with your key brand partners, your team and VF vendors.
Driving the continuous improvement of processes, you will lead the interaction of championing change with internal teams, managing systems for effective KPI reporting and having analytical story telling as a key lever for improvement.
Evolving the team structure to continue to deliver against the business expectations, during times of sales channel movement and speed initiatives, is a principal function of this role.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Responsible for building a Multi Horizon Three Year Plan with the Sourcing Leaders to strengthen the supply chain, by country of origin and vendor, to support achievement of the Brands’ revenue targets and growth expectations.
Lead determination of planning best practice for TNF and Global Packs using current operating processes and visioning future opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency and influence brand partners.
Work collectively with VF Brand Operation Leaders spanning four regions (NORA, CASA, APAC & EMEA) ensuring factory capacity meets forecasted demand, deliveries are met on time, and the team orchestrate and lead communication with key stakeholders.
Strive to overcome challenges in optimizing KPI management, having the passion to do more than just bringing in the numbers’.
Drive the long- term opportunities for standardization of working practices across brands to support the One VF’ strategy.
Actively provide input on planning system transformation, for example VFC Project Polaris / ETE (end to end) Planning / SCP (Supply Chain Platform) strategy formulation, demonstrating business acumen and constructing resource implication plan.
Collaborate with Global Material Supply, QA, Logistics and vendors to ensure on time deliveries and escalation of reporting where required.
Coordinate with Sourcing Leaders and CSR Team with vendors, to ensure that all factory audit activities are relevant, appropriate and timebound.

Proven leadership experience in managing complex planning functions and diverse teams across varying country locations Proven experience in leading teams through structural changes 10 years Planning experience with 5 years supervisory experience.
University degree Strong analytical skills and systems knowledge Excellent English (writing and speaking) and computer skills.
Cantonese and / or Mandarin a plus.
