This is a Service Continuity Analyst position which sits within Enterprise Technological Services department. ETS is a Manulife IT Regional team who manages all things related to the company's technological infrastructure, which is relied upon by all our businesses operating in Asia.

We are looking for someone with :
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and project scheduling applications
Sufficient experience in project management related work
Experience maintaining crucial documents, which track DR
Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, trouble-shoot, and to meet short- and long-term deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent critical and creative thinking and analytical skills
Nice to Haves :
Good reporting skills
Good documentational skills
Proven track record completing projects and tests within schedule while meeting client business objectives
On the job you will :
Identifies, analyzes, mitigates, documents, and controls risks relating to DR / BCP tests and projects
Works with stakeholders to define and manage scope, strategy, requirements and implementation
Stakeholder mgmt. (engineering, business, vendor)
Provides effective and regular communication within the project team, stakeholders, sponsors and management
Understand the scope and impact of applicable regulatory requirements across Geo.
Work with Business Continuity management to ensure that the disaster recovery (crisis management) and business continuity plans drive disaster recovery (DR) strategy and procedures
Establish and maintain the overall plans for executing all DR procedures and understand their interdependencies
Establish and maintain detailed communications and control plans through a change management process.
Work with the IT technical staff to ensure that disaster recovery solutions are adequate, in place, maintained, and tested as part of the regular operational life cycle
Develop and understand all testing necessary for a successful disaster management and BCP
Execution coordination where the resource needs to work with various teams across Geo.
DR process exercises as per the run book and should have good infra knowledge so that problems can be foreseen
