The Department
The Public Affairs Department provides a full range of proactive communications functions to the Club including the formulation of communication strategy, issue management, racing and non-racing media relations;
racing, betting, charity information and overall publicity; as well as organisation of corporate PR programmes and projects
You will :
implement exposure placement according to plan via banner ad system operations
support in web marketing exposure schedule planning which involves multiple internal marketing teams
constantly monitor and keep track of contents publishing workflow procedure, focusing on web marketing exposure management and certain social media content operations
create and develop engaging content on social media channels support in content posting
support in social media channel development, including SEO enhancement, Monetarization and etc. .
take the lead on management reporting about the marketing effectiveness on the digital platforms
You should have :
a degree with a minimum of 7 years’ working experiences in either digital marketing or web operations, preferably gained in a sizable organization;
strong social media analytical hands on skill
strong communication and interpersonal skills
fluent English and Cantonese language ability
ambition to grow as a digital expert
familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Video-editing software
knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
can-do spirit, good at multi-tasking, and being attentive to details
availability to work on shift (day & night and public holidays)
knowledge in horse racing and football is preferred
