About Our Client
Our client is a leading management company with strong presence within the Fine Tech, entrepreneur and Start Up Sector. They are in progress to expansion in their team and office space and continually providing a strong platform for various business units in Hong Kong.
To assist in recruitment duties : including job advertisement posting and interview arrangements.
To arrange on and off boarding logistics, conduct orientation and prepare logistics for regular compulsory training's.
To mange the full spectrum of office administration and clerical including office equipment maintenance, office supply ordering, office stationery printing, and physical access system support.
Assist in office facilities and safety maintenance and organisation to adhere with company policy.
To be responsible in supplier contracts, quotations and payment transactions in compliance with procurement requirements.
Assist in company events and staff activities.
To assist in any ad hoc HR and Admin duties.
The Successful Applicant
Diploma holder or above with major in HR or related disciplines
Prefer 1 years' solid experience in human resources & administration, preferably gained with sizeable organisations
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
Attention to detail, organised, and able to prioritise multiple deadlines and client requests
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
