The Commercial Education Manager ETHICON Asia Pacific will be part of a team dedicated to delivering best-in-class training in the Asia Pacific Region.

The Commercial Education Manager ETHICON Asia Pacific, will be accountable for regional sales training with a focus on the Mechanical and Energy portfolios.

The team is responsible for the planning and execution of :

  • Anatomy, product, and procedure training to new-hires at Sales Foundations Program.
  • Advanced and Master Program curriculum aligned to a training continuum.
  • New Product Launch Training.
  • Recertification.
  • You will require a deep understanding of the Mechanical and Energy product portfolios and have had successful experience in sales and ideally sales training.

    As a Commercial Education Manager ETHICON Asia Pacific, you will work with local, regional, and global stakeholders to drive higher clinical excellence from our frontline sales teams.

    Key Responsibilities for the role will include :

  • Embrace and champion a culture of digital learning throughout the organization using existing and new digital platforms that improve the learner experience.
  • Train regional sales teams using benchmark learning methodologies including : Flipped Classroom Team-based learning Adult learning principles
  • Lead and co-lead sales training events across virtual platforms as well as face-to-face.
  • Drive a culture where education is embedded in the fabric of our organization.
  • Lead, co-lead, and evaluate trainees and training events.
  • Coach others on training best practices for new hires, existing sales representatives, at new product launches, and at country and regional sales training events.
  • Qualifications

    The Commercial Education Manager ETHICON Asia Pacific position is reserved for candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree. Ideally, applicants have attended and graduated from the APAC Training Excellence Program.

    A background in Commercial Education or Field Sales Training will be highly regarded. A minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in relevant ETHICON portfolios is essential.


    Strong digital learning knowledge and application experience. Innovative thinking and a creative, learner-focused mindset.

    Strong technology, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Excellent written and presentation skills. Cultural awareness and an ability to work in multiple and diverse cultures.
