Description

Be responsible for the new propositions implementation from the story identification to the delivery to the client entity (leveraging all necessary teams internally including innovation, marketing, product and front office .

  • for Asia. Ensure best trade of between Architas profitability, scalability, simplicity and innovation. Ensure full compliance with internal governance as well as regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Own the existing Architas propositions for Asia and provide the necessary follow up and support internally and to our client

  • Develop an understanding of retail wholesale and UL local market needs leveraging existing group knowledge and externals AM partners
  • Lead (or support innovation team when appropriate) Regional and Local Offer forums, where they occur, and contribute to the European regional forum when required

    Contribute to the creation of a global organisation through sharing of best practises and leveraging of existing services / products

    Act as a responsible gatekeeper : identify critical issues and risks, report them in a timely manner and suggest remediation action

    Propositions designed and delivered to the covered entities. APAG matrix and proposition form

    ad hoc support to CRMs and SRMs, marketing and other internal teams as well as client interactions

    Forums on the covered entities led or joined, customer feedbacks and opportunity generated

    Input / role in the Regional forums and in team meetings on colleagues propositions

    Qualifications

    Over 10 years of experience in theinvestment industry

    Large knowledge of availableproducts and services available in the market

    Fluent in English, French isadvantageous

  • Good project management skills
  • Ability to build trust and longterm relationships with clients and senior stakeholders

    Have the right level of drive tomobilise, federate and engage : ability to take and drive initiatives

    Must have influence and changemanagement skills to navigate environments with functional reporting andrequiring to collaborate actively

    Must have synthetic skills andability to draw the big picture, must be structured and well organised

    Must be rigorous in relation toregulatory and compliance dimensions

    Ability to turn complex conceptsinto simple sales pitches

    Be a true team player with a OneAXA mindset : ability to share and get colleagues to share best practices andclient knowledge to collectively succeed

    Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills fostering an environment of team work and trust
