The Marketing team plays an integral role in the development of Fidelity’s business, brand and reputation in the Asian market.

We focus on creating client-centric marketing programs that support the revenue targets and sales strategies of the Investment Solutions and Services (ISS) business and in turn building Fidelity’s brand in this market.

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this role is to fulfil the vision of the Regional Product & Content team, which is :

To drive sales and build Fidelity's brand by producing persuasive and informative product marketing content that makes investors feel confident and motivated to become Fidelity clients’.

Key responsibilities

The role will have the following key accountabilities :

  • Create product marketing propositions and content, in line with the team’s content vision across the pillars of thought-leadership, propositions, fund and education, to support marketing campaigns and always on’ content programs for B2B and B2C audiences
  • Manage the LinkedIn accounts for Singapore, Hong Kong and the Middle East, creating social content through storytelling, in partnership with regional and local marketing teams, that drives brand awareness, acquisition and retention across Asia
  • Write and edit written content for digital and traditional marketing / communications programs, such as online and eDM campaigns, websites, advertisements, newsletters, video scripts, market / asset class outlooks and fund updates
  • Manage external agencies to produce digital-first, engaging content across different formats, such as video, interactive brochures, infographics, animations and illustrations
  • Develop strong relationships with local Marketing, Sales and Investment teams to ensure all content is aligned with Business needs
  • Review ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness and optimise through presenting ideas for new content angles, formats, headlines and post types
  • Make recommendations based on data and analytics, working with content owners to revise and measure content and marketing goals
  • Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to ensure all content is presented creatively and innovatively
  • Experience and Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Finance or similar field
  • Minimum 5 years plus experience in social / digital media production or publishing, with an emphasis on creating and distributing engaging financial content for B2B and B2C audiences that drives business results
  • Proven experience in product marketing / communications, ideally with a major asset manager, with a strong knowledge of investment markets, asset classes and product categories
  • Experience in the digital landscape in Asia Pacific and a clear understanding of digital content engagement and measurement principles
  • An ability to turn complex technical product and investment concepts into concise marketing, sales and educational communicationsUnderstanding of asset management firms, products and distribution strategies
  • Ability to work independently and on project-based work, as part of a cross-functional team
  • Well-developed written (spelling, grammar, usage) and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
