The Department
Our Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.
You will :
Provide support to system users (Maximo and ORM) and manage escalation to services provider for support issues.
Provide systems (Maximo and ORM) training to new users, or to support rollout of new functionality, including preparation of training materials.
Liaise with the business units with regard to requirements for new functionality and prepare user requirement specifications for progression with the services provider.
Assist in conducting annual asset condition reviews, preparing annual budgets and operating budgets and to ensure expenses are maintained within budgets.
Assist to set the Corporate Maintenance Standards and provide master maintenance planning by using the Computerized Property Management System (CPMS).
He / she reviews, develops and implements all maintenance standards in accordance with corporate requirements and complies with all local statutory requirements
Maximize the full potential of the systems (Maximo and ORM) to assist the strategic planning and implementation of maintenance program.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of maintenance efficiency with the data from the systems (Maximo and ORM).
Engage and co-ordinate consultants and contractors and supervise their work to ensure their services are rendered competently, within budget and program according to service level determined
You should have :
A degree in building services or electrical / mechanical engineering, Surveying
A minimum of five years of facilities or property experience and be conversant with building, building services, mechanical and electrical engineering technology
Experience in facilities management in properties
Experience in Maximo, Oracle, Risk Management Information System or other computerized maintenance management systems would be an advantage
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
