Develop integrated marketing campaigns and promotions effectively focusing on credit cards and Card+ app
Plan and execute campaigns, promotions and events for customer acquisition, usage and engagement
Manage vendors (such as creative & media agencies, design houses etc.) to execute marketing campaigns and promotions (including above-the-line, below-the-line, POS materials, events and social media) that are delivered in high quality and timely manner
Maintain a good tracking system for post-program evaluation; work with business team to measure ROI from key campaigns and promotions, and develop strategies to increase marketing ROI
Analyze data, by having routine analysis of key competitors' marketing activities, develop strategies & recommended solutions to the business in terms of brand building and acquisition
Manage advertising and promotion payment timely and accurately
Participate in HO squad meetings to contribute marketing ideas and strive to achieve business results
Support credit card and card loan teams to deliver business KPI
Manage the process of value proposition for various products, source and manage agencies as required for different projects
Manage campaign budget & timeline to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
10 years or above experience in marketing discipline in banking or finance industry preferred
University graduate with degree in Business, Marketing, PR or Communications
Experience in integrated campaigns planning and execution with a good understanding of digital marketing and analytics
Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management
Product knowledge of credit card and personal loan is preferred but not necessary
Agency management including writing agency brief, creative judgement and media planning
Manage social media accounts with vendors for brand building / acquisition and engagement
Creative minded, detail-oriented and good project management & presentation skills
Attention to details and a team player
Manage campaign budget planning
Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
Branding and research skills
