Assist the manager in handling general enquiries from branches and provide administrative support to Branch Management Department to ensure effective and efficient operation for team.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to Team / Head of Branches / Regional Heads and Department Manager
  • Prepare various monthly reports for management information
  • Provide document and telecommunication management
  • Responsible for delivery of facilities management and operation services
  • Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with branch request and liaising with other departments as required
  • Assist in maintenance of records in accordance with guidance (Security alarm report, key combination holder list)
  • Assist in follow up of periodical reports (Brinks / G4S signature booklets, branch and HSBC cash difference)
  • Deal with all claims arises from mortgage valuation fees
  • Requirements :

  • Tertiary education with Diploma on Business Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in Branch Operation
  • Positive and eager to learn
  • Capable to work multi-tasks, well organized and meticulous in detail
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced work environment
  • Strong at computer skill, proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, Access and Power Point
