We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to support the Retail Development team in all related tasks in order to support the advancement of sustainable energy.
This role will support Greater China Region. Base location is flexible with preference in Hong Kong .
Lead Strategic Greater China Retail and Service development plan
Gather and evaluate economic, demographic and other market data to identify and prioritize key trade areas.
Liaise with internal analytics teams to determine necessity of location
Responsible for researching and analyzing sites in Greater China to establish suitability in line with internal guidelines, procedures and policies.
Visit and inspect prospective properties to determine suitability.
Build relationships and lead LOI, Lease and Work Letter negotiations with Commercial Landlords and Industrial Developers
Understand zoning and licensing requirements per city / region and work with Counsel to establish all necessary licenses per project.
Works closely with project manager, design manager, accounting and finance teams throughout the lifecycle of the project, including establishing work letter, developing our technical requirements, liaising with external consultants, and determining build-
out and capital expenditure amounts
Work alongside internal and external counsel to prepare, negotiate, and finalize all necessary contracts to finalize the deal.
Prepare site evaluation packages for executive management and obtain financial approvals
Responsible for weekly, monthly, and annual leadership reporting.
Other Responsibilities : Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum ten (10) years of deal making for a commercial brokerage firm or an in-house landlord / developer, or equivalent work experience in a similar in-
house Real Estate role, preferably in retail or industrial.
Experience working in an international organization, with both upward reporting and direct report management is essential.
High level of English proficiency required, other relevant language skills preferred.
Exceptional ability to gather, analyze and present demographic and financial data in executive level reports and challenge existing standards and decisions.
Experience with municipal planning and zoning procedures preferred.
Very strong skill set with computer Microsoft office Suite (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) and ability to perform analysis with these programs

Flexible with ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Exceptional analytical, organizational and communication skills
Ability to travel up to 60%.
