The Account Development Team isa key part of GCS and manages relationships with Small and MediumEnterprise (SME) clients in Hong Kong, our goal is to achieve targets ofbuilding charge volume growth, product penetration and client retention throughdifferentiated value proposition entrenchment by following call plans as theyrelate to current client segment prioritization campaigns.

Our Account DevelopmentSpecialists have passion for driving retention and growth within a sharedportfolio of small or medium enterprise clients.

They manage and supportbusiness owners via the telephone by offering our products and servicesassociate with differentiated values and benefits to help them run and growtheir businesses.

Responsibilities :

  • Drivecharge volume growth and client retention on the shared portfolio of commercialclients
  • Managesales pipeline to ensure continued growth in the shared portfolio and retentionof clients
  • Improveperception of coverage and surcharge to facilitate greater client engagementand billings penetration
  • Ensurequality and daily productivity targets are met
  • Promotethe American Express Brand
  • Displayan optimization growth mindset for improvements
  • Minimum Qualifications

    Qualifications :

  • Experiencein Outbound Sales or Account Management for SME clients ispreferable
  • Stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to interact with commercial clients(Decision Makers, Financial Controllers, Accountants, etc.)
  • Highlycustomer oriented and results driven
  • Superiorcommunication and interpersonal skills, including experience working closelywith internal stakeholders and ability to influence all levels
  • Self-leadership,maturity, flexibility and patience to respond to dynamic work environment andever-changing business needs
  • Experiencedin driving sales outcomes through ownership of efficient sales target andmetrics management
  • Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon thesuccessful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicablelaws and regulations.
