Works Supervisor I / II (Building Services - Electrical)
c) seek improvements on system operation to achieve carbon reduction; and (d) perform ad hoc / other duties as assigned.
He / She may be required to work overtime, on shifts and on Saturdays / Sundays / public holidays when necessary.
v) the ability to prepare reports in English and Chinese; (vi) computer skills in AutoCAD and MS Office applications; and (vii) good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under tight schedules.
Possession of a valid driving licence (Class 1 and 2) will be advantageous. Those with less but at least 1 year’s relevant post-qualification experience may be considered for appointment as Works Supervisor II.
Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
