Assistant Business Development and Planning Manager

Retail Distribution - Wealth Sales Distribution Department

Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers.

With more than 250 branches and automated banking centres, including over 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Wealth Sales Distribution Department as Assistant Business Development and Planning Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • Assist in formulating and implementing business strategies and projects for wealth sales activities in uplifting productivity of branch network and conduct on-
  • going sales performance review

  • Engage and liaise with stakeholders and relevant parties to execute business plans and monitor overall business plan implementation to ensure effective execution of initiatives
  • Assist in analyzing market intelligence and tailoring needs-based sales drivers to boost productivity
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are accurate and in accordance with Bank policy standards and regulatory requirements
  • Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ banking experience
  • Strong self-motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of application software including MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and high level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
