Responsibilities :

  • Participate in company digitalization / business / cooperate solution project e.g. Company website, Internal System, API etc.
  • Participate in business solutions design to facilitate the different departments for their optimum operational process
  • Build strong relationships and coordinate with key cross-functional departments with Distribution, Underwriting, IT, Actuarial, Legal Risk & Compliance and Corporate Communication to ensure collaboration and aligned decision making for development of new initiatives
  • Formulating methods that will improve productivity within limited costs
  • Participate in product design (Product Collaterals, Promotion Material, Communication Material, Policy Wording), relevant online & offline marketing solutions and campaign
  • Responsible for market research to collect sufficient data to support the feasibilities of the new product or product revamp
  • Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to different distribution channels
  • Prepared data analysis & insight reports and other presentation material
  • Plan and provide product training materials to internal stakeholders, distribution, call center team, etc., to facilitate understanding of product knowledge for sales and service
  • Responsible for the end-to-end product development process including liaison with stakeholders to fulfil the requirements of governance and product features
  • Liaison with all stakeholders including but not limited to the Bank, brokers / agents and different internal departments to lead and drive the end-to-end product development, review and on-going monitoring process from product concept, feasibility studies, regulatory approval and implementation
  • Ad hoc project requests from the management to accommodate business needs
  • Requirements :

  • University graduate or equivalent with minimum 4 years of working experience in insurance
  • Holder of CII or ANZIIF qualifications or passed in IIQE Paper I, II are preferred
  • Mature and be a self-starter
  • Good organization skills and effective interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytics and negotiations skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Good command of computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
