An opportunity has arisen with our investment banking client with whom we have worked with for several years in APAC. We are looking for someone to join us in the capacity of an Onsite Recruiter in Hong Kong and this position will be based on client site in Central.
In this role, you will be partnering closely with the client for their recruitment needs and working on client deliverables.
This is a client facing role and therefore we are seeking an experienced, confident and highly credible individual who can take accountability, provide expert advice and manage client expectations at every stage.
Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet longer term client requirements
Lead vacancy consultation discussions with hiring managers and document recruitment plans which include role requirements, agreed timeframes, roles and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process.
Building and maintaining hiring manager / stakeholder relationships.
Proactively source (identify) candidates utilising a broad range of channels and techniques (e.g. search engines, job board databases, social networking sites) utilising Channel Activation Matrices or other directions as appropriate.
Employ innovative techniques to identify elusive talent in the market
Forecasting placements based on demand, changes in the clients business, the candidate pipeline and trends in business demand
Producing timely and accurate activity and management information reporting
Identifying areas of process improvement, service enhancement, related strategic projects and opportunities to increase the scope of the service and communicating these to the Client Services Manager and the team (including coordinators, members of the sourcing team and Resource Specialists)
Participate in ad hoc projects as required by client and open to take on more
Work closely with cross border teams and cover various countries in Asian region
Able to work with highly demanding business and senior stakeholders.
Experience recruiting in the banking industry for Front office requirements (Global banking markets and Investment Banking)
Worked with and presented to and solved issues for clients and candidates (including Resourcing Managers, Hiring Managers)
Experience in delivering end-to-end recruitment to meet client requirements
Experience of working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs
Experience of producing business orientated management information
Open to work within fast pace banking industry with matrix reporting line
Proactive, with attention to detail with high flexibility
