Responsibilities

Lead and coach software engineers and designers in various locations to develop and maintain the company’s platforms

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products with a user-centric and customer success mindset

Recruit and retain engineering talents. Maintain the positive team atmosphere

Review the latest technology market trends to ensure the company’s best practice of software development

Work closely with executives to plan and execute the company’s strategies to achieve business goals

Requirements

Solid working and engineering team-leading experience

Knowledgeable in cloud-based systems

Experience in large-scale startups or tech centers of international firms. Fintech, payment gateway and / or related fields is an advantage

Good at working with teammates from different locations and cultures

Proven ability to recruit and retain team members, empowering and developing colleagues to thrive in the team

Excellent leadership, communication and strategic thinking skills

Fluent in English is a must. Fluency in Cantonese and / or Mandarin is a plus
