About the Position

We are looking for an experienced University Relations Specialist to support our campus recruiting team. You will lead the execution of our campus recruitment activity and external partnership strategy across multiple universities and student organizations throughout Asia.

In this role, you will work alongside our seasoned team to deliver strategic activities and engagements within campus recruiting.

  • Your day-to-day work will be paramount to the entire campus recruitment cycle. It will involve building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with universities and external partners;
  • supporting the planning and execution of recruiting events (on-campus, virtual, and in-office); managing job / event postings on internal and external platforms;
  • keeping our candidate relationship management system up to date; and administering timely and consistent marketing and communications to candidates.

    Our ability to get the little things right is what drives our recruiting success. The right candidate for this position will be highly organized with excellent attention to detail and be comfortable in an autonomous role.

    They will be comfortable managing several projects and priorities throughout the recruitment cycle.

    About You

  • 6 -10 years of professional experience within campus recruiting
  • Experience recruiting from STEM fields, particularly mathematics and computer science
  • Motivated self-starter who works effectively and handles competing priorities
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, candidates, and external partners
  • Strong event-planning skills and evidence of successful event execution
  • Outgoing and excited to participate and lead at career fairs and other recruiting events
  • Approachable and humble attitude about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help when needed
  • Naturally curious about the operations of the firm, recruiting, and how campus strategy fits into the bigger picture
  • No financial industry experience required
  • Fluency in English required
