We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Financial Crime Risk Manager .
Be responsible and handle key tasks relating to Global Standards deliverables to manage financial crime risk of the Retail Banking and Wealth Management business
Assist in overseeing and or act as an approver of customer diligence activity by customer segments via a structured end to end process
Assist in coaching team members and building job knowledge of the team to uplift productivity.
Monitor and analyze customer activities and account transactions and identify financial crime risk red flags with recommendations for respective risk mitigation.
Contribute to Management Information generation for effective productivity management and financial crime risk analysis and monitoring
Provide essential support such as review on proposed processes, resources projection and launch plan development to ensure implementation of customer due diligence, transaction monitoring and Global Standards remediation initiatives.
Degree holder, experience in retail banking sector and good knowledge on Know Your Client Anti Money Laundering and Sanctions
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytic ability and able to make sensible business judgment
Able to organize and handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision
Good English proficiency both written and spoken and able to communicate in Cantonese and Putonghua
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
