The Department
The Integrated Contact Centre of Betting Control & Customer Operations Department provides one-stop service for the Club’s customers and general public.
You will :
Act as one of the main customer contact points of the Club to provide quality and efficient customer services to customers
Handle telephone enquiries and feedback from customers with courtesy and efficiency
Listen attentively to understand customers’ enquiries and provide solution to satisfy customers’ needs
Apply excellent communication skill and extensive product knowledge to deliver proficient service
Assist customers in racecourse venue reservations with professional telephone manner
Work on shift including weekends and public holidays
You should have :
aged 18 or above
HKCEE / DSE or above
1-2 years working experience in customer service field, preferably in call center environment
Professional telephone manner with excellent customer service skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) Familiar with Chinese word processing
$66.5 per hour
Shift Hour (Mon-Sun / PH)
T4 : 8 : 45- 19 : 00
T7 : 16 : 00-21 : 30
Average 4-8 working hours per day and 3-5 days per week. Actual working hours depend on operational need and on rostering basis.
