Leading the facilities services team to deliver high quality facilities management services to our customers within the Group’s premises, including commercial buildings, offices, data centers, telephone exchanges, carparks, and other buildings.
Work closely with other technical teams in managing daily operation or activities, delivering all planned or unplanned maintenance as well as repairing works of all relevant facilities or equipment under your custody according to the agreed services leve
Formulation of an annual operating plan, preparation of monthly reports, incident reports, managing a bunch of services contractors, vendors
Handling of ad-hoc assignments, among others.
To success the role
Degree holder or above in Facilities Management, Property Management, or related disciplines
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management or Property Management
A good team player, strong leadership skills and problem solving skills, customer-oriented, and capable to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
