Key Responsibilities

The eCommerce Acceleration Manager will be responsible for :

REGIONAL ACCELERATION PLAN DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY

  • Build on eCommerce acceleration strategy and deliver regional plan in both mature / developing and emerging markets through locally adapted eCommerce roadmaps
  • Partner closely with regional Business Development team in developing and driving market-specific and / or retailer-specific strategy and activation plans
  • Identify and focus on strategic eRetailers to partner with and continuously survey the landscape for emerging players and new business models
  • Serve as regional eCommerce lead in liaison with HQ eCommerce team and Brand Companies
  • TAILORED SUPPORT FOR STRATEGIC AND EMERGING MARKETS

  • Growth-hack our e-business with winning eRetailers in mature and developing priority markets
  • Co-develop the online assortment strategy with key markets and lead regional consolidation of markets’ plans / needs on dedicated product offers to regularly feedback to Brand Companies
  • Onboard and directly support emerging markets in starting up their eCommerce presence whether through eRetail or direct-to-consumer channels, including aiding key partner retailers to transition online
  • Support regional Public Affairs team in the enablement of eCommerce in new markets by working with the industry’s key players in developing guardrails that ensure the responsible marketing and sale of alcohol online
  • BEST-IN-CLASS PRESENCE AND VISIBILITY

  • Ensure best-in-class digital shelf for our strategic brands and hero products in priority markets / eRetailers and feedback needs on eCommerce assets to Brand Companies
  • Work closely with IT and serve as Marketing lead in the regional deployment of the new PIM solution (internal product database management) and ensure its successful rollout to all affiliates
  • PERFORMANCE MARKETING ACTIVATIONS AND REGIONAL JBPs

  • Collaborate with Asia Media Desk and affiliates to run performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic & conversion during key promotional periods and as always-on
  • Effectively manage marketing investments and measure impact & return on ad spend (ROAS) and goals achievement
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with regional eCommerce players and craft mutually beneficial JBPs to increase brands’ online presence on the platforms and help affiliates generate and increase sales
  • Partner closely with regional Business Development team to achieve category captaincy in new-business-model players
  • REGIONAL SUPPORT FOR GLOBAL KEY DIGITAL PROGRAMS (KDPs)

  • Provide regional coordination and support for direct-to-consumer channels, including developing regional assets / toolkit, partnering with HQ & IT in development of new functionalities / improved UX, and integrating & migrating existing owned websites to future international platform
  • Assist direct-to-trade (eB2B) program development in pilot markets, specifically on digital solution testing and adoption
  • PERFORMANCE TRACKING AND CAPABILITY-BUILDING

  • Track and report regional e-business results with sales & marketing KPIs aligned and aid affiliates in their e-business analysis
  • Set up pilot use case of eRetail monitoring solution and work with HQ and tech partner to translate data into insights via business review for the affiliate
  • Act as regional center of excellence by analyzing various market activations and sharing guidance, learnings and best practices within the community
  • Build capability in the region through upskilling and other transformation initiatives with regards to eCommerce acceleration
