Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA!This role is responsible to enable evidenced-based decision making about people across the Group through combined analysis of HR data and business data.

The incumbent is excited about using employee research, modelling, and data insights to support HR related business decisions at all levels, supporting segmented and targeted initiatives that build people capabilities, improving employee engagement, strengthening the AIA culture, and attracting and retaining the right talent.

In addition, the incumbent will manipulate relevant data sources of people sentiments, such as the annual employee engagement cycle.

The incumbent will be based in HK with a regional scope, he / she will be responsible for the following activities : Data Quality Management Audit on frequently basis the Completeness and Accuracy of HR Data available Monitor for Data Privacy incidents and risks Participate in the mitigation and resolution of issues and risks identified Reporting Design and build HR reports and dashboards to provide accurate regulatory reporting of the workforce, and management reporting of key strategic people metrics on periodic / quarterly / annual basis Design templates and tools for regional adoption that enable business units to understand and address local trends and people challenges Analytics Support and provide inputs to a Data driven continuous Improvement pipeline development Enable real time analytics products Support and supply Analytics for Group Projects and Initiatives Explore and wrangle data on an ongoing basis Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirements o Continuous Improvement Pipeline value figure o Optimal and timely provision of business-relevant reports, analysis and insights that enable HR leaders and colleagues to address people focus areas that impact business operations and performance Successfully influence internal and external stakeholders to adopt analytics for data-driven decisions to address people challenges, and enhance analytics capability regionally Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.
