Principal Accountabilities

Geographic Scope of Role :

Mainly Hong Kong and Macau

Responsibilities :

  • Work together with CRB head to drive CRB HK & Macau business P&L, revenue growth & profitability
  • Drive business growth & connect to the global lines of business initiatives
  • Manages and develops talents
  • Facilitate of talent development, CPD Program, colleague’s knowledge sharing program
  • Achieve WTW’s business objectives by forester efficient operation, enhance profitability & assist colleagues to focus on business development & client services
  • Oversee all operational projects together with our head of HR, Finance, legal, compliance, IT, operation & facility services
  • Coordinate with broking team on strategic carrier management initiatives
  • Coordinate marketing event, publicity & promotion project together with business units & marketing team
  • Lead or facilitate all ad-hoc projects to support the operation efficiency, business sustainability and growth
  • Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience

  • University graduate
  • Preferably with professional qualifications, ACII or ANZIIF or relevant industry experience
  • Strong skills in problem solving, planning, and budgeting
  • Proven track record of delivering new business against challenging sales targets
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence within a matrix environment
  • Strong facilitation skills able to use inclusive and collaborative styles to manage ambiguity and gain agreement
  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with positive attitude and customer-oriented mind set
  • Detailed person & pursue excellence
  • Proficiency in IT & systems literate
