To plan, develop and review the operation strategies, workflow and implementation to maintain and improve the overall productivity, operation efficiency and control as well as service quality to meet the business objectives
To work with different functional teams such as Marketing, IT, Credit & Risk Management on logistics flow and system design in meeting designated technical, market and other related requirements including review of operating procedures or user manuals
To manage and monitor the execution progress of tasks in the project plan and coordinate with internal and external parties to provide support during implementation of the initiatives.
To provide qualitative and / or quantitative analysis on the effectiveness of the initiatives, consolidate and participate in sales forecast, inventory management and prepare related sales reports with recommendation to facilitate the Management’s review and decision making
To enhance and systemize sales operations and perform system audit on regular basis.
To lead and manage a team of frontline staff with proper leadership and coaching skills to drive for greater team effectiveness and higher staff capabilities
