Member Service Executive

Responsibilities :

  • Handle day-to-day inbound and outbound calls, members’ bookings, programme enquiries and profile updates
  • Manage member relations through the delivery of top notch communication and customer service
  • Handle and processing missing mileage claims and member services tasks for club members
  • Support administrative tasks for Member servicing Team
  • Coordinate with Communications team on events RVSPs etc.
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in airline / travel or relevant working experiences
  • Familiar with airlines reservation and ticketing system knowledge is highly preferable
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin or other languages is an advantage
  • Strong customer service mindset, pleasantly assertive and results-oriented
  • Ability to deliver high quality interactive service over phone
  • Show flexibility, willingness to multi-task, ability to analyse and update information quickly and accurately
  • Good in communication and organization skills
