Assistant Risk and Control Manager

COO Office, Internal Audit

Assistant Risk and Control Manager within COO Office, Internal Audit has responsibility to support COO in managing operational risk of the department and providing high quality reports and management information for internal management, key stakeholders and regulators.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Risk and Control Manager .

Principal responsibilities

  • Effective identification and assessment, monitoring, mitigation, management and reporting of Operational Risks including but not limited to Regulatory Compliance, Business Continuity, Information Security, Record Management, Conduct, etc.
  • Preparation of high quality reports with consistent, appropriate and informative insights to Executive governance forums, regulators and internal management.
  • Seek ways to improve audit reporting and embrace the changes to promote efficiency, timely and improved quality of output.


  • Good understanding on Operational Risks
  • Proficient in English and can communicate in Cantonese
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in PC skills including Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
