Our IT Infrastructure and Operation Services Department drives and leverages technology refreshment and best practice service management principles, to provide cost-
effective and efficient infrastructure and technical environment, data centre management, and valued end-user services.
You will :
Prepare reports and manage the schedule for all PSC meetings and ad hoc requirements from the project team
Tracking the overall project deliverables, timeline, and progress according to the contract requirements
Reviewing and reporting the project’s budget and finances
Facilitating project checkpoint meetings
Assisting with project abnormalities, variances, risk, issue management, and project change control.
Managing the relationship with business and handle stakeholder communication
Support ITOB Programme Manager to provide project management activities for programme delivery and the daily operation
Documenting, maintaining and publishing project progress status reports
You should have :
Bachelor degree in computing, business administration etc., discipline
At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in business & project administration and status reporting
Proven team player with outstanding relationship skills with business
Strong business and project administration skills with sound marketing sense for tendering and contract managements
Knowledge in contract law preferable
Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
Solid experience in leading tendering and contract administration
Strong people management and vendor management skills
Strategic thinking while able to make quick-win tactical decision
Strong data analytic, communication & interpersonal skills
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
