mindedness. Currently we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform general reception duties and serve as a first point of contact for administration requests
  • Handle phone calls and enquiries, and provide reception services to visitors
  • Provide day-to-day administration supports
  • Perform ad hoc duties as and when required
  • Qualifications & Experience required :

  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 2 years of relevant experiences from sizable companies
  • Pleasant, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills coupled with customer-oriented attitude
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and Chinese typing
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good command of Putonghua
