Under the management of the Headquarter Business Development Team, The Manager is to develop BD action plans and target specific segment and market.
Personally manage new customer accounts and co ordinate and supervise the BD development in the region.
Manage company regional CRMs and make strategic sales calls and to follow up with key customers, analyze sales funnel of opportunities and data.
Attend and present at key conferences and tradeshows to drive key business development opportunities.
Work closely with Hong Kong BD team to set sales target, and customize marketing campaign.
Daily to weekly communication with head office to report and provide consistency in company standards.
Collaborate with Marketing Department on regional marketing campaigns.
Set weekly goals and report to head office, collaborate and work to reach goals.
Keep in market trend and analyze competition landscape for constant improvement and change of strategies.
5-7 years of experience in IT or Business Management fields
Experience in managing a sales team
Good technical knowledge or ability to quickly grasp key concepts and utilize resources
Excellent writing and communication skills
Excellent command of each of the phases of the cycle of professional service sales
Bachelor degree in Marketing and Business, or related work experience.
Fluency in English. Intermediate fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus
Travels to nearby regions or major country regional expos and tradeshows is required
Bi-annual to annual International visit to the Hong Kong Head Quarter office is required but much less frequent
