Position Description

The Syndicated and Corporate Lending team provides wholesale fulfillment, service and operations lending support for syndicated and large corporate credit facilities across the U.

S., Canada, EMEA, and APAC.

This role is responsible for supporting Risk and Control activities for the Corporate Lending team. The candidate will participate in and lead project / risk routines including awareness, assessment, reporting, design, governance, planning and implementation.

Must have in-depth understanding of the business unit's processes and implications on other groups and other divisions within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing risk management guidance and expertise to teams supported.
  • Managing internal governance routines.
  • Lead root cause analysis to address gaps in process or control identified through Operational Events.
  • Supporting Enterprise and cross-functional control assessments.
  • Process and control analysis and improvement.
  • Supporting department initiatives as required.
