YOUR TASKS Working Location : Ngau Tau Kok Reporting to Property & Office Administration Manager, you will monitor service providers to ensure proper control, utilization and maintenance of the Company’s vehicles.
Monitor service providers to ensure quality fleet services to be delivered and company vehicles are maintained in sound and proper conditions, comply with requirement for operation
Provide efficient & effective support to maintain normal operation and replenishment of operations vehicles
Plan and arrange regular vehicle inspection, repair & maintenance for all Company owned vehicles
Assess repair & maintenance needs of all Company owned vehicles.
Review, justify and approve to proceed work
Coordinate with users and Procurement Department regarding vehicle purchase / disposal and related quotations
Coordinate with branding team for related vehicle banding matters.
Coordinate with users to arrange vehicle examination for annual licence renewal, insurance, permit, cleaning, fuel card, toll, parking
Plan & implement continuous improvement initiatives, e.g.
Health & Safety improvement work; GoGreen initiatives
Maintenance of Vehicle database, prepare fleet related reports for different analytic purposes e.g.
R&M expenses, consumption, usage, when necessary
Handle government subsidy / funding application for different vehicle scheme
Conduct driving assessment for Company’s new drivers
Report to and follow up with insurance company and third party on vehicle accident and damage cases
Resolve customers’ complaints for vehicle-related matters
Provide limousine and pick up / delivery services when necessary
