Key responsibilities
This is a great opportunity for an up & coming HR Business Partner to showcase their ability to provide support in a fast-growing organization.
The role will require you to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders within the region & across the globe. Reporting to the Regional HR Business Partner Lead for the Asia Operations Division, the successful candidate will focus on the below main areas :
Provide strategic HR support to managers / employees and drive Global processes for the region through our country HRBPs.
Seek out improvement opportunities in our day-to-day HR operations with the support of our HR services team. Participate in projects and activities across HR to maximize efficiencies.
Provide end to end support of the Employees’ life cycle , from on & off boarding to, promotion, performance management, relocation & employee relations.
Assist with various stages of our HR processes, including material preparation, tracking on / off lists, collecting & analyzing feedback
Ensure timely and effective communication to country HRBPs & business stakeholders of upcoming process cycles & report on progress statics to drive completion.
Collaborate with regional and global HR counterparts throughout the year-end compensation process, including audits and Manager support.
Work with our HR COE teams to support the roll out of our HR initiatives such as Diversity & Talent development programs throughout the year.
Produce metrics and insight to the Management team to help make decisions and drive the right action for our people
Liaise with the reporting team to ensure data accuracy & integrity, provide feedback on systems capability.
Qualifications & Requirements :
This role is only open for Hong Kong PR.
The max monthly salary range is 30K - 45K Hong Kong dollars.
5 7 years of work experience as HRBP or HR Advisor.
Hands-on experience in managing process flow in the employees’ lifecycle from on & off boarding to, promotion, performance management, relocation & employee relations.
Excellent English communication skill.
