Collaborate with Product Owners and DevOps teams to understand their priorities and elaborate requirements. Work with stakeholders to ensure features are consumable.
Bridge the gap between XFTs, markets and delivery teams, providing subject matter expertise such as business, technical, process, commercial and customer insight, for requirements elaboration process
Assess how existing products can meet the proposition and journey needs of clients
Ensure all new requirements are deconstructed and translated into development requirements. Accountable for owning and managing their product backlog through to final delivery, including new requirements, CRs and defects.
Be responsible for the delivery, ongoing success and continuous improvement of the product or platform that are used or consumed by other DevOps Teams, including sprint velocity and process optimisation
Defining the business process flows the product supports and their adoption by each client
Sourcing and interpreting data and insights to underpin the feasibility and design of digital features and functions.
Reports on the status of the product backlog and sprint deliverables
Accountable for ensuring the correct functional and nonfunctional testing strategies are applied and correct DevOps practices are in place across their development team
Accountable for ensuring the correct performance metrics are defined to meet required response time targets.
Accountable for ensuring security, fraud, compliance and regulatory requirements are captured and submitted into development sprints
Accountable for ensuring relevant prevailing data standards and data controls are included in requirements
Accountable for the creation and management of epics, backlog management and prioritisation across teams and for conformance to the IT operating model with regards to Agile and Technology Practices
Ensure NFRs including service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are submitted to delivery teams
