Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling customers' enquiries through phone calls and emails
  • Provide a professional service and proactive follow up to the customers
  • Maintain the database / record of rewards / gift vouchers
  • Other ad hoc tasks / projects whenever necessary
  • Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • Around 2 - 4 years of related experience from financial institution
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (including Chinese work processing)
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Independent, proactive, multitasking, flexible and able to work under pressure
