Our client is a global law firm that is looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their team in Hong Kong.
Working closely with the HR team and hiring managers, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. Establish recruitment strategies to attract and manage talent pools via multiple sourcing channels while advising hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of recruitment experience ideally gained from legal industry or professional services firm.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with senior stakeholders. You must be proactive and a team player who is attention to detail.
Fluent English and Chinese in both written and oral is a prerequisite.
