Responsibilities :

  • Set up and coordinate meetings
  • Management of the calendars
  • Prepare meeting notes and print outs
  • Book meeting rooms / maintain contacts / update business cards in contact
  • Pick up the phones when the team is not available / direct the phone call / take messages
  • Arrange business trips / hotel bookings
  • Prepare expense claim reports
  • Ad hoc assignments as required
  • Ideal Candidate :

  • Friendly / personable
  • Fast learner / can deal with working in a fast pace environment
  • Meticulous / detailed oriented
  • Excellent communication skills written and spoken (Chinese & English, Cantonese is a must)
  • Ideal Experience :

  • Relevant previous experience
  • Financial services industry experience is highly advantageous
