They are now seeking for a candidate who is specialise in accounts payable to be an Assistant Accountant to join their experienced accounting team.
Description
Perform daily accounting operation including payment preparation, data input, vouchers review and preparation timely and accurately.
Handle staff reimbursement, filing and administrative duties
Assist month-end closing and prepare related schedules and reconciliation.
Work closely with internal users and follow up payable related matters and outstanding invoices with vendors.
Prepare other reports and assist in special / ad hoc projects as required or requested by supervisor.
Profile
4 years relevant experience; MNC and List-company experience preferred
Higher diploma or Degree in Accountancy or related discipline
Knowledge of ERP and Microsoft applications including Words and Excel
Good command of spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
Able to work independently, multi-task, can-do attitude and communicate effectively at all levels
Immediate available or short-noticed preferred
