Form 7 or above

Fluent English and Cantonese is required; Mandarin is preferable

Proficiency in Chinese word processing with at least 25wpm or above

Key accountabilities

Assist on processing sales orders and handling customer enquiries & applications.

Responsibilities

Follow up customer inquiries and service requests by Sales department by phone and email

Handle clerical work of the department

Coordinate with internal departments for ensuring total customer satisfaction

Regular review of working procedures and provide recommendations

Perfom ad-hoc tasks as assigned
