Achieve sales and business targets on the agreed plan and design strategies for the implementation of branch selling and promotion activities.
Develop and maintain good customer relationship so as to solicit business opportunities by proactively rendering best-
in-class service and cross-selling of the banking products.
Ensure personalized customer services are provided to customers through recognizing and addressing their needs on financial planning.
Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction rating is achieved by meeting all requirements of service standards.
Contribute to the Bank’s success and upholding of the Bank’s image by providing high quality services to customers and proactively giving feedback, ideas and recommendation for improvement.
Support the Branch Manager to meet the assigned business targets through participating in the branch selling and promotion activities.
Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
Good retail banking product knowledge.
Possess IIQAS and other required qualifications under SFC for selling insurance and investment products.
Certified Financial Planner / Chartered Financial Analyst is definite an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and selling skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
