Computershare Trust team is the division within Computershare responsible for providing Trustee services to the Companies who set up Share Award Scheme to their employees.

We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Trust Associate to be based in our Hong Kong office. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a full-time permanent role that will prepare you for a future career with Computershare!

A role you will love

The Graduate Trustee Associate will assist in operational processes for administration of Trust accounts and maintaining the Trust records and documentation.

Trustee Services shall consist of successful delivery within agreed timeframes and quality standards.

You will also be expected to work collaboratively across teams, supporting continuous improvement and project related activity related to the role.

You will be responsible for assisting Trust Managers in operational process for each Trust account and maintaining Trust accounts and records accurately and with agreed timeframes.

In addition, you will be preparing the share purchase orders, payment arrangement and collaborate with different teams within Computershare to ensure all Trust client activities are properly carried out and meet with agreed timeframes and quality standards.

This is an exciting role where you will definitely gain ample experience and start building your expertise in Trust and Employee Share Plans.

What will you bring to the role?

You will be a recent University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business related disciplines. You will have excellent communication skills across English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

An understanding of Microsoft Applications, specifically Excel skills and proficiency in Chinese Word Processing will be valuable whilst a keen eye for detail is required.

Other key skills required for the role include :

  • Candidates with some working experience who is keen to learn will also be considered
  • Strong numerical skills are essential
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision and as part of a team
  • Able to work independently and with initiative to handle multiple tasks
  • Proactive and detail-minded with good organizational and time management skills
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills as well as outgoing personality
  • A quick learner who is able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced business environment
