Responsible for budget planning, enforcement of DMC, liaison with owners’ organizations / clients, complaint handling, supervision of site staff, convening site meetings and monitoring of contractors’ performance, etc.
Oversee and monitor the full spectrum of property management functions, including security, maintenance, cleaning, procurement, amenities and facilities management, etc.

Lead a team to oversee the management of assigned properties to ensure high service standards and quality
Monitor income and expenses and prepare annual budgets and other related financial duties
Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Identify and develop new measures for service upgrading and continuous improvement
Liaise with government departments, political bodies and other external parties to maintain close working relationship and uphold a positive corporate image
Job Requirements :
Degree in Real Estate, Housing Management, Building Management or related discipline with professional corporate membership of CIH / HKIH or equivalent
At least 8 years' experience in property and facility management gained from sizable companies of which a minimum of 3 years should be at managerial level
Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation)(Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
Strong leadership, and interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent client management skills and high level of service integrity
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Area Manager.
