This is a really exciting role in an environment that has so much opportunity for a HR professional.

Reporting into the Head of HR, you will provide exceptional HR support to APAC(c90). You will be sharing expertise, coaching and delivering on a wide range of HR subjects.

We are looking for an exceptional HR professional, with significant experience as a HRBP or HR Manager who's is ready for the next step.

You will have demonstrable experience in building strong relationships, experience of making commercial decisions within a fast paced environment.

We are looking for someone who has a global mind-set, with a natural interest in digital and marketing, and of course all things HR.

You will also have a clear understanding of the APAC market, especially Hong Kong, Tokyo and Singapore.

  • Work with business to develop a high performance culture and embed the F3D values.
  • To lead and deliver the People strategy across the functions (e.g. performance, development, engagement, culture, etc.)
  • Lead and execute cyclical employee experiences
  • Help us continually improve our people experiences
  • Provide advice and assistance to the business on policies, procedures, legislation, and best practice
  • Partner with the recruitment team to ensure your business areas are staffed appropriately.
  • Leading our Industry leading grad program and Academy.
  • Partner with the OD team to deliver effective and timely OD solutions (e.g. development, org. design, etc.)
  • Partner with business leaders and Department Heads to drive and deliver HR solutions to : maximise people performance, strategy and workforce planning, organisational change and develop support.
  • Support the development, delivery and implementation of key initiatives globally and policy change.
  • Play a key role in Forward3D’s philanthropy model Transform3D
  • A bit about what we need from you -

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field
  • Five years HR experience within an international, fast-paced and customer driven environment,
  • You will bring a positive energy, even in times of adversity.
  • Analytical and data driven
  • Strong generalist experience ideally in an ecommerce type environment
  • Successfully demonstrated results orientated business partnering with Managers and Leaders
  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to tailor message and style appropriately to an audience. Win confidence quickly.
  • Excellent eye for detail, you make sure all the t’s are crossed and i’s dotted!
  • Extensive employee relations knowledge and policy development
  • Advanced communications skills for example being able to make the complicated simple, and the dull compelling
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders with discretion and sensitivity across all levels of the business
  • Innovative, proactive, and pragmatic solutions based style
  • Current generalist experience and knowledge of employment law and best practice
  • Must be highly organised, flexible team player with excellent prioritisation and strong follow-up skills.
