Accounting and Administrative Clerk
Laichikok, Kowloon

Responsibilities :

  • Perform month end closing and preparation of monthly reporting package
  • Prepare monthly accounting schedules
  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Prepare cheque payments, vouchers and accounting reports
  • Responsible for daily accounting routines including data entry & filing
  • Provide supports to administrative functions
  • Maintain the security system, access control, attendance report and some other HR administrative
  • Perform ad hoc duties and assignments as required
  • Requirements :

  • F.5 or above with LCCI higher
  • With 1 year of related working experience
  • Computer literate and MUST have hands on experience on Peach Tree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Responsible, hardworking, conscious of meeting deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
