The Information and Communication Services (ICS) Department provides technology that simplifies the administrative work of unit leaders so they can focus on ministering to members.
Technical solutions should also simplify and improve the effectiveness of employees. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Technical Support Representative (TSR) to join our team.

The TSR role reports to the Area ICS Manager.
Provide support for multiple technologies including computers, software, printers, copiers, phone systems, networking equipment, cabling, audio visual / video conference events and remote conference tools
Responsible for documenting, prioritizing, evaluating, coordinating, and ensuring global Business Solutions meet local needs, may include some process automation
Identify areas for product / system improvement and gather requirements for new products / systems
Oversee and manage projects involving multiple departments, technologies, and locations
Conduct technical training remotely for various customer groups including employees, unit leaders, and members
International travel possible but limited
Ability to handle network support, hardware and software installation and helpdesk support
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and the capability to manage and coordinate projects with various departments
Track record of managing competing priorities and accomplishing work under time pressure while delivering meaningful results
Self-starter who embraces personal accountability
Effective communicator both orally and in writing; English, fluency required
Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience preferred
