Handle customer written enquiries received by email and letter in accordance with company procedure, standard and KPIs.
Prepare customer notification and reply as assigned by the team manager.
Cross-check the written reply which prepared by junior staff to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of content and manner.
Assist in preparing monthly management information report and ad hoc reports for the team. Review and update the SOP of Correspondence Team regularly to ensure the procedural manual and letter templates are up-to-date.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service and handing customers enquiries in writing
Experience in insurance or financial services industry
Knowledge in life & health insurance products, GI knowledge is an advantage
Excellent writing skills in both Chinese and English, able to read simplified Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
Good problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, positive, and good team player
